Scuba Diving: Learn how to dive

Before you learn to scuba dive, you should know some important information. You should be familiar with the basics of diving and what equipment is needed to survive under water. To be certified as a diver you need to be able and competent to swim 200 meters without aids. You also need to be able or able to flounder in water for at most 10 minutes. The NAUI Learns to Scuba Diving course is designed to give students a deep understanding of the ocean's environment. They will learn about the local ecosystem, its biodiversity, marine life and conservation issues. They will also be taught about different types of equipment and how to plan dives.

SSI

You can expect a smooth certification process and lots convenience when learning to scuba dive using SSI. You can log all of your dives directly from the SSI App. You have all of your certification information stored in your account so it's easy to lose or misplace cards. The app provides all the information you need, including hand signals and first-aid flow charts. The app also lists all SSI diving centers.
