PADI Enriched Air Diver
PADI Enriched Air Divers (EANx) certification is designed for divers who want to improve their diving experience. This course includes both a classroom session and home study. The EANx course teaches the basics of how to record the percentage of oxygen in a scuba tank.
You can prolong the time you can stay underwater with Nitrox-enriched air divers without having to make frequent stops. This is because the air mix contains less nitrogen. It has a higher safety margin. Also, enriched air mix usually has 32% or 36% oxygen. This makes them great for shallower dives.
NAUI Enriched Air Nitrox Diver

PADI and SSI have different certification procedures. PADI certifications require you to purchase your manual. An SSI certification does not require you to purchase your manual. Your card is issued directly from the dive centre where you completed your course. PADI certification centers may also offer temporary cards that you can use as proof of your certification.
