A introductory course for those who are interested in diving is a great option. This course, also known as a buceo or baptism of water, is great for beginners and those with limited time. A dive instructor is required to teach you how to dive at 12 metres and above. You can also upgrade to Advanced openwater or Rescue certification if you take any more classes.

PADI Scuba Diver

There are many PADI Scuba Diver levels. Those who are just starting out can start with the introductory course and advance to a higher level once they've reached certain levels of competency. PADI Scuba Diver Course consists of 14 modules. These modules are divided into three sections. The course typically lasts for three days. However, it can be upgraded in as little a 1/1.5 day. Advanced open water diver

Advanced open water divers are those who have completed an Open Water Diver Course and have obtained an AOW certification. AOW divers can dive deeper than the recommended 60 feet. They are also able to work on buoyancy and air consumption. Advanced open water divers can also dive in specialty areas like wreck diving. There are several levels to AOW certifications. Below are the differences between the levels. Continue reading to learn more about the different levels.

Rescue diver

There are three levels of Rescue Diver certification: technical, recreational and leader. The standards for these levels are set by the International Standards Organisation (ISO). These training levels are based upon BS EN 14413-2 and ISO 24801-1, 2004. Instructors at level one are qualified to teach recreational divers, assess their knowledge and plan and lead dives. They can also teach rescue techniques and guide other divers in open water.

Cave-1 class

For a cave diver certification program, you will need to have at least 40 hours of instruction and experience. The course content covers cave diving skills and procedures, emergency procedures, and information about the hazards and challenges in the environment. During the cave course, students are assessed on their skills through two sections: academics as well as water-based exercises. They must also demonstrate their proficiency and skills by passing an exam. Students will need to read and complete a cave diving manual.
