Sipadan

Sipadan, one of the most popular spots in the Philippines for divers, lures them to dive. This area is located within a coral triangle which makes it one of the most biodiverse marine environment in the world. Here you will find turtles, lionfish, and sharks. The visibility ranges from 15 to 40 meters so you won't have any trouble exploring the underwater world surrounding Sipadan.

Shark Reef Marine Reserve

Shark Reef Marine Reserve offers some of nature's most incredible dives. The marine reserve offers a unique experience as it is home to many species of fish and coral. There are 125 types of sharks as well as more than 5,000 seaweed species and mollusks. Heart Reef, a unique formation of corals and fish, is one of the best places to visit. This magnificent structure, which measures 17 meters wide, is breathtaking from the sky.

Half Moon Caye Wall

Many types of marine life can be found at this spectacular dive spot. Recent research has revealed that the wall is home to sharks who recently made it their home. You should also be on the lookout to spot sea fans, brain Coral, and other wildlife while you're there. One or two turtles might be visible. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also explore the underwater tunnels between coral outcrops.


Yongala

You have many options when it comes to diving on the SS Yongala. Townsville, just three hours away by fastboat, is the starting point for liveaboards. Advanced certified divers are best suited to these dives, which are around 30m deep. Spend a bit more money to take a day tour and dive the SS Yongala. The trip takes around three hours and includes two tank.

Punta Vicente Roca

Scuba diving in Punta Vicente Roca is unique because the dive site is located 200 kilometers from the nearest inhabited island. There are several types of sea creatures that can be seen on a dive here, including the Galapagos marine iguana, red-lipped batfish, and schooling black-striped salema. Photographers also have the opportunity to see the Galapagos flightless cormorants, which are endemic in this area.

Bonaire

Bonaire's beautiful dive sites will amaze divers. The leeward side of the island boasts standout dive sites, including the famous 1000 Steps, which is named for the long, narrow stairway leading to its entrance. This spot is popular with divers and snorkellers alike. It has clear water and abundant schooling fishing fish. This site is a combination of the popular Karpata dive site and offers spectacular drop-offs as well as massive coral formations.
