A introductory course for those who are interested in diving is a great option. Also known as a buceo (or baptism of water), this course is a great choice for those with little or no experience and those who are short on time. To begin diving at 12 metres or more, you'll need to be accompanied by a professional instructor. You can take additional classes to upgrade to Advanced open water or Rescue certification.
PADI Scuba Diver
There are many PADI Scuba Diver Course Levels. Beginners can start with the introductory course, and then progress to a higher level when they reach certain levels. The PADI Scuba Diver course consists of 14 modules, which are broken into three sections. Although the course is usually three days long, you can upgrade it in as little as one and a half days. This course is very popular and allows you to dive up to 18 metres.
Open water diving for advanced divers
Advanced open water divers are those who have completed an Open Water Diver Course and have obtained an AOW certification. AOW divers have the ability to dive at depths exceeding 60 feet. AOW divers can also work on buoyancy or air consumption. Open water divers with advanced skills can do specialty dives like wreck diving. There are several levels to AOW certifications. Rescue diver
There are three levels to your Rescue Diver certificate: the technical, recreational, and the dive leader. International Standards Organisation (ISO), sets the standards for these levels. The levels of this training are based on BS EN 14413-2:2004 and ISO 24801-1:2004, respectively. Level-one instructors have the ability to instruct recreational divers. They can also assess their knowledge up until level one and plan and manage dives. They can also teach rescue techniques and guide other divers in open water.
Cave-1 class
The minimum amount of experience required to become a cave diver certified instructor is 40 hours. The course content covers cave diving skills and procedures, emergency procedures, and information about the hazards and challenges in the environment. Students are tested on their skills during their cave course, which has two parts: academics and water-based exercises. Students are required to pass an exam and demonstrate their competence by passing a quiz. The cave diving course requires that the student complete a manual.
Master Scuba Diver
Master Scuba Diver certification is available in five levels. Open Water dive is the initial level. This allows you to learn how and where to manage your equipment and dive. You can also choose electives at the next two levels. You can dive with other Master Scuba Divers as long as they are also certified. This level offers a 10% discount on five courses.
