Course content
The EFR course is a great way to boost your confidence and your willingness to deal with medical emergencies. Participants will learn simple emergency procedures and get hands-on experience in a stress-free setting. Self-study books, video demonstrations, quick reference cards, and video tutorials are included in the course materials. It meets all the requirements to be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver and professional rating.
CPR, rescue breathing, scene assessment and basic first aid are some of the topics covered in this course. Participants will also learn how to treat common dive injuries. You will also learn how to bandage, splint and prevent infection. Students also learn how protect themselves against dangerous pathogens. This course allows you to respond to potentially life-threatening situations and save lives!
Pre-requisites
The PADI Emergency First Response course is a one-day program that focuses on teaching participants how to respond in time to a life-threatening medical emergency. The course includes both classroom theory and skill development, as well as practice in real-life scenarios. There are no age restrictions or pre-requisites for this course.

Students can sit for the PADI Instructor examination after completing the EFRI Program. Each course in the EFRI Program begins with the prefix EFRI. It is numbered sequentially. Each course lasts 1 hour. This includes 55 minutes of class, and five breaks.
Refresher course
For people looking to improve their skills, the EFR Refresher Course was created. The course consists of two parts: a Skill Development session and an Exam. The EFR refresher course is an optional part of the full EFR course, but the EFR Instructor Manual recommends it. The refresher course will teach you the most recent developments in CPR and first aid. You will also learn how to use the AED. Additionally, you will be able to instruct others on how to perform these skills in an emergency.
The EFR course is a great way to brush up on your skills and meet the requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course. It also fulfills requirements for Professional Rescue Diver training and other courses requiring CPR. It also contains an Emergency First Response Video that helps participants prepare for emergency situations and preview the skills they will use during the skills development session.
Cost
The half-day Emergency First Respond course teaches skills needed in emergency situations. It includes classroom lessons, video presentations, role-play scenarios, and CPR, first aid, and AED use.
