nomad scuba

The Universal Referral Form scuba can be customized to suit specific needs. The online tool allows you to add an electronic signature and can even be printed out. You can also contact the support staff for help if you have any questions. If you have any questions about the form, you can contact them and get a solution.

PADI Open Water Diver certification

The PADI Universal Referral for Open Water Diver Certification is a document that student divers present to their instructor. It states that the diver was trained by another organization. The form directs the diving instructor to complete the student's open water dives, sign a statement, and send the form to the student's original instructor, who should certify the diver.

Although you can use the Universal Referral Form to obtain the certification, PADI insists that you complete this course within twelve months from your last training. This usually takes two to three days. During this time, you must be able to dive with your buddy to a maximum depth of 60 feet/18 meters.

Statement for medical purposes

A Medical Statement for universal Referral Form is required if you are interested in becoming a certified scuba diver. This document is vital and will make sure you are as healthy as you can before you dive. It is intended to ensure safety underwater. Please answer all questions honestly.

First, ensure that your doctor signs the form. This is a requirement when you first start training as a scuba diver. If you've developed a new medical condition, a new medical release is necessary. Finally, it is a good idea to always have a photocopy on hand of your certificate card.

Logbook

A medical declaration is required before a diver may dive open water. Generally, this will be done before a certification course begins. A doctor must sign the release. A new medical release is required for any medical condition that changes. PADI can provide a medical release. The PADI Release of Liability/Assumption Of Risk/Non agency Acknowledgement For - General Training is the equivalent of the medical release.

The universal referral is different from that used in a diving logbook. The student will be able to list all open water dives completed and the knowledge development sections. This document also includes an instructor signed certification that the dives were completed. The student then takes this form back to his or her original instructor who is supposed to certify him or her as a certified diver.

The course requirements

Most well-known scuba certification agencies participate in the Universal Referral Program. This allows a diver to complete both the theory and pool parts of the open-water course at his or her local dive centre, while also completing the open-water check-out dives at another agency. This is done with the cooperation of a dive center with a universal referral program such as SSI, NAUI, NASDS, YMCA, or other organizations.

PADI Open Water Diver courses require that the student passes the Knowledge Development and Open Water Dives sections. A medical release must be signed by the student diver before he or she can dive. To accompany their certification card, the student diver must also submit a photograph. Digital images are accepted.
