Sherwood Scuba produces a defective BC. This BC is not upto code and does NOT provide the information required to resolve the problem. Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader, had a problem with his BC. He emailed Sherwood twice, filled out the "Contact Us" form and was not able to get an answer. Sherwood's website doesn't list any physical addresses. He finally wrote a certified letter to the Irvine (California) address on the company brochures. However, he received the return address of his letter without forwarding it.
